ENG
Ajax Relay Jeweller is a small wireless relay with a dry contact that is installed into the wiring and lets the Ajax app control electrical equipment: lighting, heating, a gate, a pump or any other device.
The relay works in pulse or bistable mode, so the same device can give a short command (a gate operator pulse, for example) or keep a circuit permanently on or off. Automation scenarios link the relay to other devices: switching on lighting on alarm, closing a valve when a leak detector triggers, or running heating to a schedule.
Protection works in both directions: the relay monitors overheating (above 65 °C at the installation site or above 85 °C inside the relay) as well as overcurrent, and switches off when there is a risk. It communicates with the hub over Jeweller radio at a range of up to 1,000 m, encrypted and frequency-hopping.
