Ajax EN54 FireProtect (Sounder) Jeweller is a wireless fire sounder that signals an alarm at up to 100 decibels measured at one metre. It belongs to the EN 54 compliant Ajax Fire range controlled by the EN54 Fire Hub.

There are 32 sound patterns to choose from, so the fire signal stands apart from other sounds in the building. The sound of all sounders connected to the same control and indicating equipment (CIE) is synchronised automatically, so the alarm plays as one pattern. A separate test mode checks that the alarm is clearly audible in every room.

The SmartBracket mounting panel with a lock holds the sounder firmly in place and the tamper button reports removal. The four pre-installed CR123A batteries last up to 5 years, replacement needs no tools, and reverse polarity protection prevents damage. The Jeweller radio link reaches up to 1,700 m and is encrypted.
