Ajax Hood is a polycarbonate visor for the Ajax MotionProtect Outdoor Jeweller outdoor motion detector. It shields the detector's lenses from precipitation and direct sunlight and helps keep detection stable.
The Hood is fixed to the detector with Dual Lock fastening tape – the detector does not have to be taken off its SmartBracket mounting panel. Operating temperature −25 to +60 °C.
