Ajax KeyPad Plus Jeweller is a wireless touch keypad that recognises a personal Pass card or Tag key fob as well as a numeric code. The credentials use DESFire® EV1/EV2 technology (ISO 14443) with 128-bit encryption, which cannot be cloned with an ordinary copier.

The keypad supports up to 200 personal codes, up to 200 duress codes for a silent alarm and up to 99 codes for people who are not registered in the system. A separate function button raises an alarm or arms the system fully with one press.

LED indication shows the security mode, detector malfunctions and loss of communication with the hub. The keypad locks against code guessing, device authentication protects against spoofing, and the Jeweller radio link is encrypted and frequency-hopping. Tamper protection reports opening of the enclosure or removal from the wall.
