Ajax MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller is a wireless outdoor motion detector mounted at 2–4 m, out of an intruder's reach. Two IR sensors and a 24 GHz microwave sensor detect motion up to 15 m in a 90° sector; the SmartDetect algorithm and temperature compensation reduce false alarms.

The built-in camera takes photos on alarm and (PhOD) also on demand, by scenario, by schedule and on a change of security mode – the situation can be checked before reacting. The camera has IR illumination and HDR, with photos up to 640 × 480. A magnetometer detects tilting or moving the detector, anti-masking detects a blocked view and the tamper switch reports removal. Power from 6 × CR123A (up to 3 years) or an external 12–24 V supply; IP55.
