Ajax MotionProtect Plus Jeweller is a wireless motion detector with two sensors: an infrared (PIR) sensor and a K-band microwave sensor. An alarm is raised only when both sensors detect movement, so a radiator, an air conditioner, a ray of sunlight or another heat source cannot cause a false alarm.

This detector suits rooms where an ordinary motion detector gets it wrong: glass-walled offices, warehouses, places near heating equipment or rooms where the temperature changes quickly. The detection range is up to 12 m with an 88.5° horizontal field of view, and sensitivity has three levels.

Pet immunity allows animals of up to 20 kg and 50 cm in height, and temperature compensation keeps detection accurate in cold and heat. The SmartBracket mounting panel makes installation tool-free, and tamper protection reports opening or removal of the enclosure.
