Ajax uartBridge is a receiver for integrating Ajax wireless detectors with third-party security and smart home systems. The module is installed in the control panel enclosure and connected to it via UART.
Unlike a simple output module, uartBridge passes detailed information about each detector: its ID, alarm type, battery level and signal strength. The interface also supports arming and disarming and suits developers building their own solutions. It communicates with the detectors over two-way encrypted Jeweller radio at up to 2,000 m.
