The Bisson 45° bend turns the aspirating pipework through 45 degrees; the fitting is designed for aspirating smoke detection only. The fitting is joined with ABS pipe cement; it must not be painted or installed in direct sunlight, the pipe must be clean and dust-free, and only soapy water may be used for cleaning.
