The DD-T is a Kod Elektronik CodeSec detector base that is fixed to the ceiling and onto which the detector is turned with a bayonet joint. The loop wires are connected to the base terminals; the contact plates are on the base. According to CodeSec, the base fits addressable DD and ED series detectors (for example the DD513-I) and conventional EK series detectors; SR408 sounders also mount on the DD-T base. Diameter 10 cm, weight 35 g.
