The MAD-442-I is a Detnov MAD-400 series addressable zone module that connects 2 conventional zones to the addressable system; up to 20 conventional detectors and/or 32 conventional manual call points per zone. The module tells a detector alarm from a call point alarm and an open circuit from a short circuit in the zone. Suited to large areas where many detectors can share one identification (e.g. car parks, corridors). for Detnov addressable control panels. It takes 2 loop addresses; the address is set with the PGD-300 programmer. Built-in short-circuit isolator; observe polarity when wiring, the address can also be set by the panel's auto-addressing. The module needs a 24 V DC auxiliary supply. LED status indicator. Mounting on a DIN rail or on the wall in a BOX-ONE box (up to 6 modules in a BOX-SIX); removable terminal blocks for wires up to 2.5 mm². Red; certified to EN 54-18 / EN 54-17 (0370-CPR-1865).
