The control module is part of the basic structure of the FlexES Control panel: it controls the panel's functions and is used for external connections. It is slotted into the basic module carrier. The module has a USB connection for the service PC, a plug-in SD memory card, a TTY interface connector and 5 relays with jumper-selectable operating modes. Relay 1 is for the fire alarm routing equipment (FARE). Version 5R belongs to the 5-loop panels FX808393 (FX10) and FX808395 (FX18).
