Haupa HUPtape-15 is a PVC insulating tape for electrical installations – for insulating, sealing, padding, protection against corrosion, bundling and cable marking. The tape is VDE tested and complies with DIN EN 60454-3-1. It unrolls easily, has very good adhesion and sticks wrinkle-free to uneven surfaces, is highly flexible, tear-proof and resistant to ageing, flame retardant and self-extinguishing, and water, weather and UV resistant. Thickness 0.15 mm, elongation at tear 240 % (23 °C), tearing force 27 N/cm, puncture strength 50 kV/mm, adhesive strength 3.5 N/cm.
