Knight SEISMO-ADVANCE is the advanced version of SEISMO, complying with EN 50131-2-8:2016 at grade 3 and a replacement for the obsolete Honeywell Viper shock sensors. It detects vibration of the mounting surface, tilt, or both – mode and pulse count are selected on the board or via the serial link. Sensitivity is calibrated automatically and can be fine-tuned with a potentiometer. The board has selectable EOL, alarm and fault resistors, a fault output, latch terminal, first-to-alarm memory, remote LED enable and a heartbeat LED. Rear tamper detection meets grade 3. The sensor is suitable for mounting in the V BOX. Note: fully EOL-monitored wiring in series (shared zone) is not supported – use the latching function with 4-wire configuration instead.
