Optex FLX-S-DT is part of the FlipX Standard series: a Grade 2 dual-technology (PIR + microwave) indoor detector for homes and small commercial sites. Rotating the lens 180° switches between a 12 m, 85° wide coverage and an 18 m narrow corridor (PIR only in the narrow setting). The human-shaped pyroelectric element gives good pet tolerance and SMDA detection logic filters out temperature, brightness and moving shadows. Microwave confirms the PIR detection for more stable performance in challenging rooms.
