Optex REDWALL SIP-100 is a long-range outdoor PIR detector with a narrow 100 × 3 m coverage. In addition it watches a creep zone right below the unit (3 × 5 m at 2.3 m height, 6 × 9 m at 4 m height). Double quad pyro elements with patented double conductive shielding and an advanced detection algorithm give stable detection. The reinforced polycarbonate housing and anti-rotation and anti-masking functions protect against vandalism. Far, near and creep zone sensitivities are set separately; with the optional heating unit the detector works down to −40 °C.
