TD-1 is a programmable temperature detector that uses two independent sensors: the built-in sensor and an external probe connected to its terminals, which may also be installed outdoors. It measures temperature in the -35…+60 °C range and reports when the temperature rises above the high or falls below the low threshold – for example too low temperature in a greenhouse or flower shop and too high in a cold room, warehouse or room with electrical equipment. A permissible temperature change (1–10 °C within 2–60 minutes) can also be set to report too rapid a change, for example sudden warming of air in a cold store. Instead of the external probe, a bistable switch can be connected to toggle between two sets of parameters for the internal sensor, for example day and night settings. The detector is programmed with three buttons and a four-digit LED display shows the current temperature, the external probe reading and error messages. It has a sounder, a tamper switch and two programmable relay outputs (NO or NC) for reporting to the alarm control panel or controlling another device. Power supply 12 V DC.
