The Trikdis G16 is a 4G LTE communicator that connects directly to the data (keypad) bus of supported alarm panels – DSC PowerSeries, Paradox (Spectra, Magellan, Digiplex), UTC Interlogix (Caddx NX), Texecom Premier, Honeywell Vista, Crow Runner, Pyronix Matrix and Inner Range Inception and Integriti. It reads the full event information from the panel – zone alarms, user codes and faults – and sends it encrypted to the monitoring station and, at the same time, to the user's Protegus 2 app. On most bus-connected panels no separate dialer programming is needed. From the app the system can be armed and disarmed, and the communicator's outputs can control appliances such as a gate, lighting or heating.
