The Trikdis G16T is a universal 4G LTE communicator for any alarm panel that has a landline (PSTN) dialer. The G16T simulates a telephone line, takes the panel's events from the TIP/RING terminals in Contact ID or SIA format and sends them encrypted over 4G LTE to the monitoring station. In most cases the panel settings do not need to change – the dialer is simply connected to the G16T. At the same time the user receives push notifications and the system status in the Protegus 2 app and can arm and disarm the system remotely: a communicator output is wired to the panel's keyswitch zone for this. Gates, barriers or lighting can also be controlled from the app.
